Our custom Amish built cabinetry and furniture offer both affordability and luxury from local artisans.  We also carry an array of granite, marble, quartz, metal and wood countertops.

The first step of creating your one-of-a-kind space is when we meet you and your contractor/designer to discuss all your project goals including style, materials, color, budget and deadlines.

Design Phase
Next, we prepare detailed drawings of the finished kitchen or bathroom with recommended materials to achieve your design goals.
Custom Building & Ordering
Upon final design, the cabinetry is ordered or custom fabricated by our Amish woodworkers at our workshop in Burton, Ohio.

Project Completion
From start to finish you can count on us to apply the highest of standards resulting in a remarkable kitchen or bathroom.

Team Members

Brian Kursh
Brian Kursh is a jack of all trades. He is the owner of Kitchen & Bath Design with over 30 years of construction experience. Over the years he has done everything from roofing to building entire houses. He now specializes in kitchen and bath remodeling. He enjoys working with clients, collecting antique signs and toys, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Michelle Liebendorfer – Kitchen & Bathroom Designer
Michelle Liebendorfer has been designing kitchens and bathrooms using custom cabinetry since 2005. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Textiles and Clothing. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, decorating her house and going to the beach.

Hillary Kursh-Gaydos – Kitchen & Bathroom Designer
Hillary Kursh-Gaydos earned a BA in Fine Art with minors in Creative Writing and Film from Hollins University and an MFA from Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art. Growing up, she watched and learned from her dad, Brian, as he remodeled homes. Hillary teaches art courses at local colleges and loves hiking and spending time with her husband, son, dogs and chickens.

Don McCarthy – Hardware Specialist 
Don McCarthy has followed his uncle’s footsteps with his specialty in cabinet hardware, door hardware and hinges. Don enjoys spending time with friends and his two children
